Sales Manager (Xiamen)

Job Details

1、Manage sales process and maximize long and short-term result.
2、Negotiate with customers to ensure profit business.
3、Negotiate relevant projects and follow-up.
4、Maintain relationships while managing and growing customer base.
5、Identify customer needs and potential opportunities, troubleshoot customer problems.
6、Identify develop and pursue new customers leads.
7、Daily management of sales team.
8、Timely update the market analysis and related strategy to team.
9、Assign the setting targets to team and supervise.
10、Team performance tracking.
11、Keep smooth communication internal and external.

 

What Do We Need?

1、College degree or above, more than 3 sales experience in logistics industry is prefer.
2、Familiar with the use of word, Excel, and other office software.
3、English listening, reading, writing skills are required.
4、Can work under pressure and good team player.
