Senior Sales Manager (Shenzhen)

Job Details

1、Assistant management on ZLC’s E-Commerce business development.
2、ZLCSHH’s procurement/out-sourcing/vendor management.
3、ZLCSHH’s sales regulation and SOP set-up/ optimization for all daily businesses.
4、Assistant management on ZLC oversea branches’ business project and co-operation.
5、Project management on ZLC’s E-Commerce product development.
6、Develop Sales strategy / Set up Action plan (weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly) to achieve company’s sales target in short team and long term.
7、Timely update and send weekly/monthly/yearly report to ZLSHH GM including sales performance/new pipeline/etc.
8、Joint call to important/big client regularly.
9、Balance sales resources, guideline price set up and allocate space, etc.
10、Lead the sales team to develop new initiatives, bring new profit source to company.
11、Coaching and training new sales.
12、Reporting function to GM of ZLCSHH and accomplish tasks assigned by top management.


What Do We Need?

1、Academic degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or English for International Business.
2、At least 3 years proven experience in sales management, e-commerce product management is preferred.
3、Proven experience in management and working with senior executives.
4、Strong affinity to traditional shipping and E-Com industry.
5、Ability to manage multiple projects and interfaces in parallel.
6、Fluent English in reading/writing/speaking.
7、Can working under pressures. Self-motivated; Good adaptability reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and has flexible approach to resolving challenges.
8、Experience with relevant software’s (such like Word/Excel, etc.)
9、Have driver’s licenses.
