Job Details
1、Develop the special cargo service (batteries, Containerized lithium-Ion Battery Storage, solar cells, OOG, etc.) sales strategic plan and target, and execution strategy to meet the sales targets.2、Be responsible for the development of the special cargo business.
3、Develop new routes and new customers among existing key customers and problem customers.
4、Understand special cargo market trends and competitive landscape, identify new product opportunities and market segment.
5、Mastered the shipment plan and production changes of customers, actively cooperated with other departments.
6、Regularly arrange visit plans and maintain key customers.
7、Familiar with operation department process and company operating system.
What Do We Need?
1、Bachelor’s degree or above. Good command of English both in spoken and written.2、At least 3 years of working experience in the Sales and special cargo business, have professional sales skills.
3、Good teamwork and cooperation.
4、Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5、Highly pro-active with a solution-driven approach from problem identifying to problem solving.
