ZIM Logistics (China) Co., Ltd was nominated
as the sole general cargo agent for El-Al Israel Air-line Ltd.
in China according to the agreement signed by both parties on 18
February 2003.
El-Al has three flights per week currently, the routine is
Shanghai-Luxemburg-Tel Aviv. El-Al also makes the charters,
Besides the head quarter in Tel Aviv, El-Al Cargo sets up its DC
in Amsterdam and London in Europe, New York, Chicago and Los
Angeles in the North America, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Bombay in
the Asia Pacific Region. Through those DC, El-Al expands its
business to the whole world.
Shanghai Sino-wing
International Logistics Co., Ltd. is a fully owned company under
ZLC. It successfully obtained the air forwarding business
license from CAAC in September 2004 and started its business
since November 2004.
With the great support by ZLC and El-Al Air-line, Sino-wing
developed very fast and Beijing and Guangzhou branches were
opened in April 2005.
